Spare Parts - Prototype Billet Aluminium Steering Wheel
These parts were designed for use in the Alfa Hillclimb build but have not been used due to design changes.
This was the second prototype steering wheel. It is made from two billet AL7075 halves, machined from a solid block into 1.5mm organic shapes. They nest together with screws to retain the halves. The grips are vacuum cast from a Shore 40A black rubber and integrate into the assembly. This prototype has been manually modified and hacked a bit inside, hence why it has since be redesigned. This casing fits a range of standard switches and the Motec D153 screen. No switches or Motec components are included - only the two part casing.
CAD can be provided for the components on request, following sale.
These parts are provided with no intentional use, guarantee or liability.
All funds go towards the development and construction of the Alfa Romeo GTAm based Hillclimb Monster - you can find out more at www.instagram.com/motorsport_engineering
