Custom Billet Hayabusa Valve Covers
These custom manufactured valve covers are designed to fit the Gen2 Suzuki Hayabusa engine heads. They are designed to provide increased structural strength to support 4 key mounting points - although care should be taken to not overload the valve cover as a mounting point for high stress items. The covers include direct mounting for Bosch Motorsport coils and the OEM camshaft sensor. There is an optional adaptor for mounting a Deutsch AS14 connector that can be used for coil and/or injector loom termination.
These valve covers are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks to produce.
They are provided as prototype parts for installation and use by trained professionals. I provide no warranty or liability for the use of these parts and the buyer should use their own judgement as to how the valve covers should be fitted and to their suitability to your application.
